The properties are fully furnished so there is no need

All bills are included in your weekly rent

There is street parking available

We require 2 weeks notice

All linen is new when you move in so we do charge a fee of $200 to replace the linen for the next tenant. You keep the old linen

Yes we can allow couples to move in and share the room. Please note rent is charged per person so there is an additional cost involved in allowing you to share a room. Contact us for more information.
